The BCDGA is looking for letters expressing interest to host the 
Provincial Championships - September 24-25, 2022

Basic eligibility requirements for hosting the BC Provincial Championships are:* Current PDGA / BCDGA member in good standing

• Current PDGA Rules Official
• Tournament Directors & committee members must be up-to-date with all past tournament payments and reporting
• Past experience hosting a large PDGA-sanctioned event

The letter of interest must include the following information:* Event summary

• Time of year/dates
• Length of the event
• Capacity  & divisions to be offered
• Event tier
• Player registration process and dates
• Course(s) to be played for the event and amenities
• Description of the anticipated player experience - eg what in addition to competition can they expect, players’ party, excursions, etc.
• Description of other elements of the hosting experience that will attract players
• Full Names of the TDs and Assistant TDs, including their PDGA numbers and PDGA Official status
